You know, we all have our blind spots, areas of our thinking or behavior that we just can't see clearly. It's like having some dirt on your face that you don't notice until someone points it out. This is one way the people around us can help us. They can point out our blind spots, not to criticize us, but to help us see things more clearly. It's a teamwork of sorts, where we rely on others to reveal our weak spots. So, when someone points out a blind spot, don't get defensive. Thank them for helping you to see better. It's like having an extra pair of eyes helping you navigate through life. Embrace it, learn from it, and use it to grow. Ideally, don't wait for someone to come to you go to them. Actively ask others what they think you could do to improve certain areas of your life or work.
